1. The Geometry of a Sanitary Weld

In standard structural welding, a slight overlap or "bead" is acceptable. In Sanitary Welding, the interior surface of the joint must be perfectly flush.

  • Zero Crevices: We ensure there are no "shadow areas" where product can get trapped during the Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) process.

  • Full Penetration: Our TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) process ensures the weld penetrates 100% of the wall thickness, leaving a smooth, silver bead on the inside of the tube.
